Retention and Use Period The collected personal information will be retained and used for one year from the date the inquiry is received and will then be destroyed without delay. However, if a collaboration agreement is entered into, personal information necessary for fulfilling the agreement and complying with applicable laws and regulations may be managed in accordance with separate legal grounds for processing and applicable retention periods. 4.
